Not quite ready to hire your personal coach? We offer custom training plans!

  • Custom 12 – 24 Week Training Plan

You pick the race and let us know how long you have to train for it and we will design a plan. Delivered via Google Docs, our custom training plans are built on 12 to 24 week cycles and include carefully thought out workouts based on your running history, current fitness and race calendar. With every custom training plan we include an initial 30 minute Q & A with Coach Korey before we send you on your way.
